Surrey Wildlife Trust is looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our small, productive communications team of four. This is a real opportunity to make a difference by promoting the Trust’s mission and expanding its online presence and fundraising power.
You will be responsible for digital marketing activities including leading email communications and social media posting as well as evaluating analytics and supporting fundraising campaigns. Creativity and design skills are essential, along with an understanding of the customer journey and ability to bring ideas to life. You will work closely with the wider team, providing support and contributing to the development of projects.
Experience in digital marketing in a similar role would be beneficial, along with experience of creating engaging online content, such as advertisements, videos, and blogs.
This is a hybrid role requiring half of the working hours to be spent at one of our offices, with one day at our Pirbright headquarters. You will also have the opportunity to travel across Surrey to visit reserves and projects. We believe in maintaining a friendly work environment that promotes a healthy work-life balance.

Reports to: Communications Manager
Salary range: £24,000 – 26,000 p.a. pro rata
Working hours: Full time (35 hours per week)
Location: Hybrid working with 50% office-based and 50% Home-based. Head Office in Pirbright, Surrey
