Job description

Working alongside our marketing director you will be responsible for creating and managing
elements of our digital strategy from social ad campaigns to email campaigns while learning
the KPI’s to drive performance and scale the business. You’ll work alongside the broader
digital and creative team members to ensure that all digital activity is delivered in line with
strategic marketing plans and campaign objectives.

Your Day-to-Day:
Social Ad Management: Plan, implement, optimise, and report on a variety of social
channels ads.
Testing and live review: Ongoing review of live ad campaigns against key performance
metrics, indicating areas of focus/change required.
Budget Allocation: Allocate and track campaign budgets across social media platforms and
digital channels.
Reporting: Produce reports with key information providing key commentary.
Targeting: Conducting audience and keyword research to develop targeting approaches, in
line with campaign objectives.
Knowledge: Gather and share up-to-date knowledge of the digital media landscape so that it
can be built into recommendations for clients.
Analysis: Work with the wider digital team and creative to ensure recommendations are
implemented.
Email: Help create and identify segment audiences from our platform and delivery
personalised content with the wider team to maximise conversion rate.

Requirements:
● At least 2 years’ experience in a digital marketing environment
● Be able to evidence experience of delivering digital campaigns including; planning,
implementation, budgets, and reporting
● Be proficient in delivering insights, analysis, and reports
● Demonstrate your industry knowledge, ability to identify opportunity and develop
innovative solutions to add value to plans
● Demonstrate your ability to optimise results on campaign performance
● Demonstrate excellent attention to detail with speed and accuracy inherent in
everything you do
● Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively and the focus to manage task
prioritisation independently
● Demonstrate a good working knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Klaviyo Email as
well as other digital marketing tools
