MARKETING EXECUTIVE
Reports to: UK MARKETING MANAGER
Hours: Monday - Friday 37.5 hours, 9am – 5pm
Location: Staci UK, Walker Park, Blackamoor Road, Blackburn, BB1 2LG
Salary: £20,000

Job Purpose: Support the UK Sales and Marketing efforts to grow awareness, consideration and strength of the Staci brand in the UK, and use multiple tactics and channels to create and convert more leads through the sales pipeline.
Personality: Conscientious, ambitious, hardworking individual who role models Staci’s values. Able to manage multiple tasks, can enjoy equally both data and creative work, and passionate about learning and developing.
Key Challenges & Responsibilities:
- Help plan the full year marketing activity for Staci in the UK
- Learn and work across multiple channels including Email, SEO, Website, and Social Media
- Grow your knowledge in multiple tactics and get involved in strategy to better support your future career
- Balancing a varied workload to achieve activity targets and build the Staci brand
- Continually look for opportunities to improve yourself and our activity
- Use digital tools to create and send email newsletter to senior target contacts
- Create additional content and optimise existing content on the website to attract more visitors and generate more leads/conversions
- Support the development of our social media plan and content
- Support the internal branding of Staci across UK sites and team members
- Support the PR plan by helping to write press releases, and update the PR database
- Where identified update existing website content and get involved in creating new content
- Be responsible for creating visuals matching the Staci brand and guidelines to be used across internal and external activity
- Look to create video content that builds the Staci brand that can be used internally and externally
- Manage a calendar of potential awards and support the selection and award writing
- Support the internal marketing and HR teams to grow the strength of the Employee Value Proposition, the team member experience, and local awareness as a recruiter

Experience of the above tools is not necessary as training will be provided.
