Square Peg Associates are partnering with a fantastic international company in their search for a Digital Marketing Manager.
As Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible and take the lead on:-
- Managing the company’s digital presence on a wide range of digital marketing platforms and channels
- Increasing activities to promote new products, including compelling launch coverage, strengthening brand awareness
- Provide digital coverage of company and industry events including awards
- Support, activate and engage online business communities and ensure that all content is managed across all digital platforms including updates on the company website
- Analyse data and conversions to support company growth targets.
The role will play a key part in the business’s growth plans and the ideal candidate will have the desire to work in a fast-paced environment where a driven personality will succeed. They should strive to improve results and enjoy sharing new ideas and work towards common goals. This is a superb opportunity to bring your own to the role with additional support from the Senior Leadership Team.

— Relevant experience within a content focused role.
— Strong understanding of SEO and digital best practice.
— Strong experience in producing and editing content for digital channels
— Managing content library using CMS
— Strong understanding of content reporting and metrics.
— A passion for all things digital and an understanding of the metrics and analytics.
The Digital Marketing Manager will work within the departmental marketing team, and execute operational plans to maximise lead generation and ROI through online opportunities across multiple channels. These will include SEO, social and website optimisation, integrating with our CRM platform to manage and analyse campaigns.
The successful candidate for the Digital Marketing Manager role will have:
- At least 3-4 years of digital marketing experience.
- A passion for all things digital marketing and a desire to use your expertise to support the team, wider business and company directors.
- Experience managing social media activations and advertising campaigns for a brand, products or organisation across a wide range of channels including Instagram, Linked In, Facebook, potentially TikTok, Twitter and YouTube.
- Experience managing email marketing campaigns and activities with a broad understanding of GDPR.
- Ensure digital marketing channels are authentic, representative and impactful.
- In depth knowledge of Google, email marketing, MailChimp and social media analytics, and how to analyse and evaluate this data for reporting building on best practice.
