Purpose of the Role
Atria is one of the top shopping centres in the UK and is currently recruiting for an exciting new role in the management office in Watford. If you are a highly creative and passionate content creator this role is for you! Possibilities for content creation are endless spanning across our full retail mix including fashion, beauty, food, tactical campaign support and more.
This is an energetic, busy and varied role joining a dynamic marketing team and reporting to the Head of Marketing. The ideal candidate will be an outgoing, fun-loving, commercially driven creative who has a genuine passion for social media, visual storytelling and short form content.
We are looking for someone to take ownership of all mobile first and social content creation and expand our growing community across all digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- To support and accelerate brand growth through achieving marketing objectives and KPI measurements across all digital platforms.
- To develop brand-led storytelling across all our channels with a focus on social, through the creation of engaging and creative visual and written content.
- Social media management of all platforms to include scheduling posts, monitoring performance using analytics and measurement tools to measure, analyse and report on performance to ensure optimisation of content.
- Creating content for a variety of different channels including meta (Facebook, IG stories, reels etc) TikTok, Twitter, You Tube, website including SEO blogs and customer newsletter.
- Stay on top of creative and social media trends, generate ideas on how best to translate these trends across multiple channels.
- Creating and executing a yearly content calendar.
- Own the creation & editing process of all content including event and seasonal campaigns.
- Manage influencer marketing, content creator partnerships and community management.
- Retailer liaison.
- Research to stay ahead of the competition.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- Strong understanding of social platforms and industry trends, staying ahead of the curve.
- Solid experience with using digital technology and editing software packages in the creation of content.
- Canva – essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- SEO experience
- Qualification in marketing or subject relating to role like new media, fashion journalism.
- 2+ years experience in a similar role with hands-on social media experience a must. Also open to candidates who can demonstrate ability to meet requirements. Include examples of work/links to managed accounts or personal content creator work.
- Creative copywriting experience ideal.
- Creative and commercial thinker.
- Proven track record of running a social media account – provide examples
- Experience in influencer marketing and community management
Working Hours - 9am to 5.30pm
Salary - £26k
