Role Description
As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be an essential part of our marketing team, helping to drive the success of our online marketing strategy.
This role includes managing and developing email campaigns, building nurtures, understanding the technical aspects of marketing email, creating and optimizing landing pages, producing insightful reports.
Knowledge of SEO and experience with HubSpot and WordPress is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Email Campaigns & Nurture Building: Develop, execute, and manage email marketing campaigns and build email nurtures based on targeted customer profiles.
Technical Aspects of Marketing Emails: Understand and manage the technical aspects of email marketing including segmentation, automation, and email deliverability.
Landing Page Creation & Management: Design, build, and manage landing pages in email tools (preferably HubSpot) and WordPress to optimize user experience and conversion rates.
Reporting & Analytics: Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assess against goals (ROI and KPIs), and optimize based on these insights.
Collaboration & Strategy: Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience. Contribute to the strategy and execution of all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
Experience & Skills Required
Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in digital marketing, preferably in a similar role.
Proven experience with email campaigns and nurture building.
Knowledge and understanding of the technical aspects of marketing emails.
Experience in building landing pages using email tools, HubSpot and WordPress preferred.
Strong understanding of SEO and social media strategies.
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
Knowledge of the fundamentals of Google Ads and paid social platforms.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
