Podium Catchers Consulting INC. is currently experiencing tremendous growth and demand from our clients, and we are seeking a highly motivated and talented Digital Marketing Associate to join our team. Our goal as a team is to provide a unique and innovative consumer experience while promoting our IT and Development services. The ideal candidate will have experience with IaaS and SaaS platforms, advertising, and inbound lead generation. The position is currently 30 hours per week, with the expectation of 40 hours per week by fall 2023.
** PLEASE NOTE THAT WHILE THIS POSITION IS REMOTE, OCCASIONAL TEAM MEET UPS ARE REQUIRED, AND THE CANDIDATE WILL BE REQUIRED TO BE RESIDING IN THE LOWER MAINLAND OF BC.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, email, search engines) to drive traffic, leads and revenue
- Manage and optimize PPC advertising campaigns across multiple platforms such as Google AdWords and Bing Ads
- Conduct keyword research, create and manage campaigns, ad groups, and write ad copy
- Track, analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns to measure success and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and product teams, to create and implement marketing strategies
- Manage and create engaging content for social media channels, blogs, and email campaigns
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and opportunities for growth
- Work with website and design teams to ensure website content and design is optimized for lead generation and user experience
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field or equivalent working experience
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, advertising and inbound lead generation
- Experience/familiarity with IaaS and SaaS platforms such as AWS, Azure, Salesforce, and Hubspot
- Knowledge of Google AdWords and Bing Ads
- Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Sendinblue, Hubspot, or Buffer
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make strategic decisions
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Ability to work in conjunction with other departments within the company (ei Sales and Finance)
Note that this position is entry-mid level within the company, with ample opportunity to grow and succeed within the marketing department. We will offer training and guidance should the right candidate want to expand in this department and grow within their career.
