Our client is looking to recruit a B2B + B2C Digital Marketing Apprentice to assist in the planning, execution, and optimisation of their online marketing efforts and promoting products and services through digital channels.
The Digital Marketing Apprentice will work closely with the Product Manager to help execute campaigns, plan and execute new and innovative social posts that will capture the attention of their target audience, launch optimised online adverts to increase company and brand awareness and monitor ongoing progress.
They will oversee the image library on the network and DAM systems and work with external agencies to create new CG images to enhance and refresh our library and develop the client's digital assets including B2B and B2C videos.
They will also assist with newsletter creation and develop and maintain professional web pages on the S: CRAFT website. The job holder will be an organised individual with a keen eye for detail, able to manage projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- To work closely with the SEO Manager with branded digital content creation for campaigns including copywriting, imagery, and video
- Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Be involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimisation)
- Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organise the distribution through various channels – existing and new business B2B + B2C audience
- Provide creative ideas for content marketing and updates to the Shuttercraft website
- Measure the performance of digital marketing efforts using analytics.
- Insight into online marketing trends and keep strategies up to date
- Liaising with our external digital agencies
- To support the SEO Manager with email marketing campaigns
- Monitor Marketing and Support inboxes and action emails as required
- Supporting partner recruitment activity and onboarding of new partners
- Any other duties as required.
Experience and Competencies
Essential
- Understanding of Digital Marketing and best practices
- Experience with social platforms: Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Knowledge of image editing software e.g., Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with Digital Asset Management systems
- Skills and expertise in optimised content writing
Desirable
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
- Knowledge of Google AdWords paid search advertising platform
- Experience in using email marketing platforms.
- Experience in building/editing WordPress websites and/or web pages
- An understanding of search engine optimisation principles & practices
- Experience working with external agencies
- Video production experience including writing briefs
- Working with Facebook Business Manager
