We are an award winning company and one of Europe's leading designers and manufactures within the engineering sector. We employ over 220 staff in the UK and Overseas and due to company growth, we are seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. Reporting into the Head of Marketing and working alongside the Marketing Executive/Administrator, this is a new role within the business as we continue to grow. We can offer a salary ranging from £30 - £40k depending on your experience along with annual bonus and a full benefits scheme. The role would suit candidates with experience working within an industrial or engineering company who have proven B2B Digital Marketing skills. You may be experienced Digital Marketing candidate seeking the opportunity to join an international company that can offer career development and progression or a Digital Marketing graduate with proven relevant work experience gained B2B in a simiar industrial or engineering company, now looking for the chance to further their career building upon existing skills. We can offer a salary reflective of your skills and experience.
The main purpose of the role is to pro-actively develop and implement digital strategies across a range of platforms to drive an increase of inbound marketing qualified leads. Working closely with an external marketing company to implement an engaging and effective website, rich content and effective PPC and paid marketing campaigns on platforms such as LinkedIn.
The role will offer a generous starting salary, working Monday to Thursday 8:30 -5:00 and 8:30-4:00 on Fridays with hybrid working on offer or the possibility of fully remote working should you permanently reside in the UK and be able to commute to our Head Office in Frimley on occasion. Our offices and manufacturing site based in Frimley have expanded substantially over the last decade and so we can offer a stable employment with plans for further growth.

The main duties of the role are as follows:-

  • Contribute to the development of marketing plans and strategies with a digital focus.
  • Co-create digital campaigns to grow new leads, grow engagement, increase brand profile and promote the values.
  • Help manage relationships with a third party in-bound marketing company. e.g. website, digital advertising, SEO.
  • Manage the marketing automation processes within HubSpot including lead generation and the development of user journeys ensuring GDPR compliance.
  • Work closely with the sales and proposals teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Responsible for social media strategy.
  • Create, implement, and report on PPC and paid online advertising.
  • Measure, evaluate and report on all digital marketing activity and engagement.
  • Updating / creating website pages and content including collateral generated in Adobe Suite i.e. InDesign, Illustrator etc
  • Contribute to generic marketing activities including creation of templates and presentations.
  • Operate on own initiative to continually update, develop and improve content and user experience.

To be successful as our Digital Marketing Executive you should have the following skills and experience:-
Essential:

  • Degree or equivalent in Digital Marketing
  • Knowledge and experience using web analytics tools e.g. Google Analytics/GA4
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative suite with ability to create and edit marketing collateral.
  • Creative and critical thinker.
  • Ability and desire to learn new skills and utilise them.
  • Excellent communicator, both verbally and digitally
  • Ability to understand and communicate technical based content.
  • Highly competent in the use of Microsoft suite of applications; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, also Teams and video conferencing platforms and CRM systems

Desirable:

  • Direct experience in working with HubSpot platform CRM and Website
  • Proven record of generation and delivery of digital content in a B2B environment
