About Our Client
My client are the largest independent Cyber Security services company in the UK.
Job Description
As follows.
- Manage the execution of day-to-day marketing and communications projects/campaigns for external and internal audiences including paid & organic social, webinars, email, advertising and content syndication programmes.
- Building and executing B2B integrated marketing campaigns.
- Manage our Marketo instance including the creation of marketing programmes, building out emails, forms and landing pages etc.
- Day-to-day management and improvement of our website. This will include reviewing and improving the content strategy and user experience across the site. A good working knowledge of WordPressis an advantage but not essential. You will also work closely with our SEO agency to ensure we are improving in our search rankings.
- Support the marketing function on a range of marcomm activities including internal and external event organisation/management, internal and external communication projects, and design tasks leveraging Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Working in conjunction with sales ops and sales you will support the lead management process and reporting on lead generation, including the processing and tracking of all marketing generated leads.
- Monthly reporting of KPIs to various stakeholders, this will involve reporting from Salesforce.com, Marketo, Google Analytics
The Successful Applicant
As follows.
- This role requires experience executing across a range of digital channels, you will need to be confident in systems such as Marketo, Salesforce.com and WordPress. The main focus to begin with will be social media, email campaigns and events.
- Experience assessing, selecting, contracting, and managing providers for activities such as industry events, online advertising and content creation will be key as we look to scale our marketing function.
- The ideal candidate will be as self-starter with an appetite to learn new systems and take a test and learn approach as we assess new digital channels.
- You will be inquisitive and take initiative as they help drive the execution of my clients brand and demand generation campaigns.
- With an analytical mind and a quest for developing and implementing data driven marketing activities they will help inform the marketing strategy as we grow and scale.
- Relevant marketing and communications experience, working with a wide variety of stakeholders to develop and deliver marketing and communication programs.
- Relevant marketing experience in B2B Technology marketing engaging with CISO / C-suite persona.
- Excellent knowledge of and experience leveraging Marketo and Salesforce.com
- Experience of delivering impactful campaigns in digital environments including paid & organic social, display advertising, content syndication, SEO, email & webinar programmes etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to report in detail on marketing results and communicate an overall narrative to marketing leadership.
- Team player with ability to build good working relationships with colleagues at all levels.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
