Reporting into the Marketing Manager, the Digital Marketing Executive will play a pivotal role in helping the business develop and implement their marketing strategy across their extensive commercial property portfolio.
You'll be responsible for:
- Driving the online presence of the company, and developing engagement between customers and potential customers.
- Creating compelling video content, including reels and short-form social videos, to capture the attention of their target audience.
- Working with the wider marketing team to create dynamic content across their web and social media platforms.
- Writing, editing, and posting creative and dynamic content for the website and updating website imagery, with the ultimate aim of driving more visitors.
- Coordinating design and delivery of artwork to be used across various digital marketing channels and briefing new artwork into their graphic designers.
- Reporting analytics across the main social media platforms they use including LinkedIn, Insta, Facebook, and Twitter.
- Working with the marketing team to develop and implement digital marketing strategies and activities in line with company values and objectives, including email marketing campaigns.
- Helping develop and deliver their events programme, working alongside other partners and agencies to ensure smooth running of their events portfolio.
- Attending regular networking meetings along with other marketing team members, to help build relationships with their customers and contacts.
About You...
The Digital Marketing Executive will help to shape and deliver the digital strategy for this business, across an array of different communication platforms, including social media, email marketing, their website, and more.
You'll be the type of person who is confident, hands-on, and very proactive. There's a lot to go at from a marketing point of view with this business too, so you'll need to be great at prioritising your workload.
This role also means you'll be getting out of the office a lot and visiting clients at their sites to perform photo and video shoots etc, so you'll need to drive and have your own car to ensure you can easily get to properties and events.
Here's some of the key experience you'll need to demonstrate:
- Relevant experience of planning and delivering digital campaigns across all channels including web, email marketing and social media.
- A solid understanding of SEO including implementation of organic growth strategies and initiatives.
- Experience of using a variety of analytics tools including CRM-based analytics, Google Analytics, and analytics across the various social media platforms.
- Strong experience across all social media platforms and tools, and the ability to develop community engagement.
- A keen eye for design and photography. Experience of using design software to create marketing content and video content will certainly make you stand out.
- Excellent copywriting skills and the ability write both long-form and short-form copy.
- The ability to communicate clearly (both written and verbal) at all levels and be happy dealing with customers on a face-to-face basis.
- Great organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects at once.
