Marketing Executive

NJR Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting for a leading firm of chartered financial planners who are now looking for an experienced Marketing Executive to join their team.
We are looking for an individual with drive, enthusiasm, and passion for marketing and communications to help grow the business and further establish their position in the industry. You will need to be a good communicator, organised and work well within a team.
Whilst this role is situated within a wider team, you will be the sole marketeer so need to be confident in working autonomously within some aspects of the role.
Some key responsibilities and tasks you'll be accountable for:
Creation & distribution of client communications both online & offline
Content creation & management of social media, website and newsletters
Planning & management of internal and external events
CSR activity including working with our charity partners and organising fundraisers
Internal communications and employee engagement
Brand awareness & maintaining brand guidelines
Website management
Supporting with 3rd party supplier relationships
Awards submissions
Regulatory requirements for financial promotions

What do we need from you?
Previous experience in a similar role is essential
Excellent communication skills
Great attention to detail
Creative thinker
Experience in using CMS, Mailchimp and design tools such as Canva
IT literate with a strong working knowledge of Microsoft365
Experience in organising events is essential
Experience in financial services is desirable but not essential
