Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, with a primary focus on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and PPC campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research, optimize ad campaigns, and analyze performance to improve conversion rates and ROI.
- Manage and monitor paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring they are aligned with marketing goals and budgetary guidelines.
- Create engaging ad copy, compelling landing pages, and captivating visuals to maximize campaign effectiveness and drive customer engagement.
- Conduct A/B testing, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to optimize campaign performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and analysts, to ensure consistent brand messaging and seamless campaign execution.
Requirements:
- Experience in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role, with a focus on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and PPC digital marketing.
- Proficiency in managing and optimizing Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns, including campaign setup, keyword research, ad copywriting, and performance analysis.
- Strong understanding of PPC advertising principles and best practices, with a demonstrated ability to drive conversions and improve campaign performance.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data, generate meaningful insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools, such as Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager, and third-party PPC management platforms.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and develop innovative marketing approaches.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
