Job Title: Marketing Executive
Salary: £24,000 - £27,000 per annum
Location: Flexible (Weekly visit to head office in Bolton)
Hours: Monday to Friday
Contract Type: Permanent / Full Time

It’s an exciting time to join the marketing team. We’re growing and looking for a hands-on, enthusiastic Marketing Executive to support the day to day running of the marketing function.
You will have the opportunity to be part of key projects and campaigns, both online and offline activity, and help us work towards our vision to build incredible futures for vulnerable children and young people by empowering them to be happy and make their way in the world.

Essential
- Proven track record with hands on experience.
- High competence in project and stakeholder management.
- Results orientated: KPI and target driven with a growth mind-set.
- Work effectively under pressure with multiple deadlines and conflicting demands.
- Professional and proactive work ethic with exceptional attention to detail and self-motivation.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Creative and imaginative; able to find problem-solving solutions that effectively utilise budget and improve performance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A passion for customer service and delivery excellence.
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe packages e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook (in particular Excel).
Desirable
- Educated to degree level.
- Experience of working within the sector.
