Lockstep Media is a full stack digital marketing agency with a fully remote workforce. We created Lockstep Media to help our clients thrive through SEO, web development, paid search, social media marketing, and content marketing. With clients in the US and Europe, we are a small, but fast-growing agency with a lot of experience.
Your Responsibilities.
- Be the primary point of contact for our clients and the main relationship holder.
- Review and report on the performance of accounts and digital strategies.
- Assist in creating the digital strategy for our clients working alongside our web, SEO, PPC and content teams.
- Oversee and manage projects internally for our clients.
- Ensure all Lockstep work is delivered on time and to a high standard.
- Troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Provide assistance to the company Directors.
This is not a sales role and you will not be responsible for bringing in new clients.
What We’re Looking For.
- The ability to offer exceptional client experiences (we have a fantastic client retention rate and our customer service is one of the reasons why).
- Proven project management skills and the ability to ensure the team meets scheduled deadlines.
- Digital marketing experience and knowledge of SEO, PPC, Web Development and CRO (we are not expecting you to be an expert in all of these subjects, but a working knowledge of how to account manage a team around these areas is essential).
- Someone who thrives in a small, but growing team.
- Someone who is comfortable with project management tools, video calls (both internal and external) and doesn’t take themselves too seriously.
Our Requirements
- Previous experience as an Account Manager (where you were responsible for the client’ relationship and success)
- Previous experience working for a digital, design or marketing agency serving external clients.
- Previous project management experience.
- An outstanding ability to think creatively, identify and solve problems.
- A self-starter, able to work independently with high levels of autonomy and responsibility.
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication.
- Sense of humour.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £25,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
