About the role:
As a Digital Marketing Assistant, you'll provide administrative support, ensuring the highest standards are consistently delivered to Polygon's internal and external customers and promote the Company’s ethos and culture.
Main Responsibilities:
- Delivery of day-to-day digital marketing activities across a multitude of platforms, channels and systems to drive business awareness and promotion.
- Co-ordinate and deliver specific digital marketing activities such as content creation, consumer research etc.
- Accountable for relevant and current web content, My Polygon, Facebook, LinkedIn etc.
- Monitor analytics and data collection to provide upward reporting data.
- Liaise with internal customers/stakeholders and external clients/customers and suppliers such as printers, digital agencies, PR and media agencies, event display companies, market research agencies and media sales professionals to drive overall Polygon UK brand and usage of digital marketing solutions.
- Support the Head of Marketing and Communications as required to provide best in class digital marketing service to all Polygon UK companies, through the delivery of awareness of benefits of digital marketing products and service within a sustainability environment.
- Carry out marketing administration activities, such as managing the supply of marketing literature, tracking marketing expenditure, supporting procurement, and overseeing the delivery of work by external and internal suppliers.
- Carry out additional Ad hoc tasks and projects as required.
- Contribute to the implementation of Marketing Strategy and plans with responsibility for elements of the overall marketing plan.
- Support the planning and attend exhibitions, events, client meetings, trade shows etc.
Skills:
- Good understanding of social media platforms.
- Understanding of Website CMS systems.
- Working knowledge of Canva and other graphic design tools.
- Familiarity with all Microsoft Office Applications especially PowerPoint.
- Preferred but not essential interest in video, video editing, and photography.
Entry Requirements:
- You’ll need to attend an online interview with our Talent Team and pass initial assessments in maths and English once you have completed your registration.
- You will need to be within a commutable distance to the office location listed.
