Job description
We are looking for a talented and creative Marketing Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns, creating promotional materials, managing social media accounts, and coordinating with external vendors. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for marketing, and the ability to think strategically and come up with innovative solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies.
- Create email marketing campaigns, blogs and newsletters ensuring all images are correct, all links checked and campaigns are ‘send ready’
- Manage social media accounts and campaigns.
- Create content for websites, blogs, and other online platforms.
- Develop promotional materials, such as brochures, flyers, and ads.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure that marketing initiatives are properly executed.
- Briefing and collaborating with the team/ambassadors that is resourced to support the implementation for each campaign.
- Ensure all branded materials and campaign elements match the brand positioning and adopt the right tone of voice and to appeal to Lash Heaven’s target audience.
- Act as a central point of contact for all marketing requests from lash artists, organisations and other companies
- Manage and responsible for the social media manager (VA) and social media ambassadors across the group with content support and creation and performance reviews. With the support of the social media manager, deputise for the social media manager during holidays or any periods of absence.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities and industry best practices.
- Support office warehouse manager during abscense/holidays.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Bachelor degree or equivalent in business, marketing or communications.
- 3 years of digital marketing experience in other, similar roles in either professional services or agency.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Outstanding project management and organisational skills.
- Excellent management skills and experience working with ambassadors
- Comfortable working with teams in different geographic locations and time zones.
- Understanding of integrated marketing and campaign management techniques and how to leverage these techniques for measurable results.
- Strong understanding in all social media channels and strategy
- To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate excellent copywriting and communication skills with an exceptional eye for detail.
- Excellent knowledge of technical social media and its practical implementation in a business environment.
- Have had previous marketing project management skills.
- Proficient using Photoshop and Canva.
- Experience with web analytic tools in particular Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager would be an advantage.
- Previous experience in the beauty sector would be an advantage but not essential.
- SEO and PPC understanding is advantageous
- Creation of engaging and compelling content for digital platforms, including website, blog, social media and email campaigns.
- Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaigns effectiveness and provide actionable insights for optimisation.
