Role Overview:
Reporting to the E-Commerce Manager, the role is responsible for managing all Digital Marketing for the UK to achieve forecasated sales and profit margins. The over-arching purpose of the role is to ensure that we target and prospect customers with intent to purchase JoJo Maman Bebe products and optimise conversion.
You will be responsible for:
- With Next Digital Marketing Team Managing facilitate all performance marketing activity for our UK websites. This includes Paid Search (PPC Google Shopping, (PMAX) Display, paid social plans
- Paid advertising, Product Listing Ads, and Social media advertising
- With Next agree spend, allocation of budgets and campaign approvals to ensure target ROAS is achieved, and balance of budget spend, and revenue achieved.
- Acting as the representative for Performance Marketing channels across the business and working with the Next team to drive performance.
- With Next Data Analyst Review weekly performance reports and adapting strategy as required.
- Advising on future budgets and ROAS targets when required with all stakeholders
- With Next Keep up to date with developments in the performance marketing sector especially the Google roadmap.
- Ensure plans align with an omni-channel approach and product trade marketing priorities.

- With Next Ensure that all campaigns are set up to deadlines and support the overall digital marketing and ecommerce goals.
- With Next Highlighting performance shortfalls and implementing revised strategies.
- Agreeing and communicating with Next advertising spend and ROAS monthly budgets.
- With Next identify new paid acquisition opportunities relevant to our key target customer groups.
- Ensure all activity is brand appropriate for JoJo Maman Bebe.

Skills we require for the role:
- Experience managing ecommerce Paid Search and Shopping campaigns and budgets
- Experience managing Paid advertising, Google Ads, Google Shopping, Social media advertising
- Proven analytical abilities, working with large datasets and advanced functionality of Excel
- Ability to forecast performance
- A genuine interest in performance marketing, and machine learning capabilities with smart ads.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good command of the English language
