Merrifield Consultants are proud to partner with the amazing Diverse Voices to find a Marketing Executive (Part-time, 20 hours a week) to join a driven and professional team, by providing marketing expertise to a growing charity. This person will be a pioneer in promoting the charity’s initiatives, engage with their target audience, and drive their digital marketing efforts across various platforms.

Diverse Voices Edutainment is a leading provider of creative approaches to education. Using interactive e-learning tools and the performing arts they inspire young people to realise their creative potential, improve life skills and explore sensitive and important issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Email Marketing:
- Plan, develop, and execute email marketing campaigns to promote our courses, programmes, and fundraising initiatives.
- Create compelling email content, subject lines, and calls-to-action to maximise engagement and conversion rates.
Adwords Management:
- Manage our Google AdWords account, including keyword research, campaign setup, ad creation, and bid optimisation.
Social Media Management:
- Develop and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms, including Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Create engaging and shareable content to drive brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth.
Content Creation:
- Generate high-quality content, including graphics, images, and videos, for use across various digital channels.
- Create and edit compelling reels videos for Instagram and TikTok, showcasing our work and impact.
Skills and Experience:
- Creative flair and attention to detail when designing graphics and videos.
- Passion for the performing arts and a commitment to the mission and values of our charity.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in email marketing, adwords management, and social media management.
- Strong knowledge of best practices for email marketing, including segmentation, personalisation, and automation.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, algorithms, and content optimisation techniques.
- Experience in creating engaging social media content, including reels videos and graphics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and persuasive copy.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and optimise marketing strategies accordingly.
