Decora Blinds (one of NI’s Top 100 Companies) has an exciting new role!
Working within the marketing team, this role will lead the digital marketing strategy for the Decora brand and the market leading product brands such as The Fabric Box.
The dual approach will target both Trade customers to support Decora’s on-going growth as the market leader in UK window covering industry as well as target customers to increase brand awareness of individual product brands to drive more pull through with Decora’s trade customer base.
Working hours: Monday - Thursday 8.30am to 5.00pm, Friday 8.30am to 2.00pm (37.5 hours per week)

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Websites:
- Management of performance of Mzuri, Decora and product branded sites
- Development and implementation of creative content and innovative campaigns to drive consumer engagement and increase conversion on site - in line with best SEO practice
- Keyword research to ensure sites are up to date
- Working with agency to ensure best customer journey, developing and test new content / CTA’s etc to drive improved KPI’s
- Setting up and management of GA – regular reporting and use of data to enhance performance of sites.
Social media:
- Management of organic social content, continual drive for increased followers and engagement with the brands.
- Creation and management of paid social strategy and content where relevant.
- Setting up, management and reporting on performance of social campaigns against agreed KPI’s
- Creation of content calendar for all Brands in line with overall marketing strategy
Reporting
- Creation and management of Google Analytics to ensure data driven decisions are at the center of the marketing strategy
- In line with the marketing director creation of clear KPI’s per site and social channel
- Continual monitoring and reporting on performance of metrics
Strategy:
- Contribute to the development of overall digital campaign planning to support key Brands
- Contribute to the creation of clear schedules to ensure understanding of their deliverables within any given campaign; ensuring actions are agreed and followed up.
- End-to-end analysis, delivery and performance reporting of all digital elements including creatively led digital campaigns.
- Continually devise new, creative concepts and ideas to present marketing material for product re-launch to ensure brand awareness customer and loyalty.
General:
- Ensure brand identities and brand guidelines are adhered to in all campaign and promotional activities.
- Strong project management and campaign evaluation skills.
- Proven knowledge of digital marketing principles and practice to effectively drive awareness and traffic for ecommerce retailers.
- Work alongside stakeholders to deliver internet projects within agreed timeframes.
- Carry out research within associated trade sectors and reporting on findings and on digital marketing trends and feedback to the marketing department accordingly.
- Any other reasonable duties which may be required by management from time to time.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Third Level Qualification in Marketing or related subject
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience within a similar digital marketing capacity
- Demonstrable experience of working on simultaneous marketing projects to deadlines
- Strong knowledge and experience of SEO, PPS campaigns, website management and website analytical tools
- Proven data and insight led experience
- Demonstrable experience of setting clear and relevant objectives across campaign elements and customer journey
- Experienced in marketing communications with a track record and recent experience of delivery of target-driven marketing campaigns and promotional activities, ideally for B2B
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Proactive and able to work on own initiative without supervision
- Accurate with excellent attention to detail
