- Introduce innovation to how the UGG brand comes to life with our consumers in EMEA through a full funnel, test & learn approach exploring new channels and reaching new consumers
- Responsible for supporting the creation of digital marketing strategy and management of the paid media budgets across different media channels and markets
- Collaboration and coordination with EMEA Marketing Leadership (PR, Brand, Trade Marketing) to creating exciting and engaging consumer acquisition campaigns across Display, Paid Social, Search and Affiliates (but not limited to) as well as supporting consumer retention goals and LTV advancing E-commerce objectives in each priority market
- Champion the adoption of new platforms, tools, and technology to drive improved performance and campaign measurement aligned with business objectives
- Manage the digital agency partners by ensuring annual and seasonal planning processes are followed and ensuring they have all necessary assets and information.
- Managing the allocations and working with finance partners and wider digital team on forecasting and budgeting processes
- Work closely with Trading, CRM and Analytics teams to achieve annual objectives and KPIs
- Work with Regional Marketing Leadership team to achieve Country Brand Priorities by developing cross-channel marketing campaigns that leverage digital opportunities and support regional strategy and local KPIs
- Manage and mentor the UGG digital marketing team to set objectives, manage review processes and most importantly develop their skills and experience
- Strategic thinker who can translate top line objectives into initiatives that can drive results
- Highly articulate and confident communicator with strong influencing skills
- Customer orientated and an advocate in promoting best in class customer experience
- Self-motivated multi-tasker able to handle multiple projects with minimal supervision and good time management
- Passion for digital and marketing, preferably within the lifestyle industry
- Marketing / Digital experience within consumer-centric industry
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to effectively partner, motivate and inspire internal and external teams, as well as leading peers and influencing senior management
- Customer focused mindset and proven ability to continuously improve customer outcomes and experiences.
