Digital Marketing Executive

CV Screen are recruiting for a Digital Marketing executive. Our clients is leading domestic appliances manufacturer and distributer, committed to providing innovative and high-quality products to enhance everyday life in households around the world. As we continue to expand our global reach, we are seeking a talented and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic marketing team
In this role, you will play a vital part in expanding the brand's presence on social media through influencer marketing, enhancing brand awareness, engagement, and supporting the successful launch of new products.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit and onboard influencers aligned with brand objectives to expand the influencer database.
- Collaborate with influencers and their agents, negotiating terms, pricing, and KPIs.
- Monitor and evaluate influencer performance on social media platforms, primarily focusing on Instagram and TikTok.
- Writing campaign briefs to send out to the TikTok creator team via the TikTok account manager
- Generate monthly reports detailing activity performance against agreed-upon KPIs.
- Approve influencer content prior to publication to ensure campaign objectives are met.
- Analyse and assess the performance of influencer campaigns, providing recommendations based on insights.
Experience & Skills:
- Experience with management of large influencer networks and activities.
- Proficient in managing social media platforms and influencer marketing within a digital marketing context.
- Solid understanding of brand management principles.
- Familiarity with managing marketing agencies or third-party suppliers.
