This role will be based out of Cary, NC with a hybrid work schedule
The Digital Marketing Associate is a vital member of the brand, digital, and communications team, reporting directly to the Director of Marketing. This role requires a dynamic individual who will be responsible for planning and executing key digital marketing activities to drive brand awareness, demand generation, and customer engagement. The Digital Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in enhancing the company's online presence, optimizing digital advertising campaigns, maintaining the digital experience and website, and managing various digital marketing projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of SEO and SEM, PPC and digital advertising programs, WordPress CMS, lead generation, nurturing and management, QA and testing, online reputation management, and social media.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, execute and optimize digital marketing activities to drive demand generation and increase brand visibility
- Implement and manage top-of-funnel digital advertising campaigns to target and attract potential customers
- Maintain the brand's digital experience and websites to ensure a seamless user experience, including the execution of content and PDP updates via WordPress
- Coordinate pay-per-click (PPC) advertising and SEO efforts with assisting agencies and monitor performance to maximize ROI
- PIM system build out, deployment, and management
- Implement lead nurturing and management strategies to convert leads into customers effectively
- Utilize automation tools to streamline marketing processes and improve efficiency
- Perform quality assurance (QA) and testing to ensure accuracy and functionality of digital marketing assets
- Manage online reputation and monitor customer feedback and reviews
- Support social media initiatives to engage with the target audience and promote the brand effectively
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and deliver effective digital marketing solutions
- Conduct data analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of digital campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvements
- Stay up to date on industry trends, digital tools, and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent highly relevant experience in marketing, communications, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on executing and managing various digital campaigns and strategies
- Proficiency in using digital tools and programs for advertising, analytics, and content management systems
- In-depth knowledge of the WordPress CMS, ensuring seamless experiences for customers across different channels
- Experience utilizing social media platforms and management systems for demand generation programs
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical skills to analyze data, identify trends, and optimize digital marketing activities
- Familiarity with SEO and SEM best practices to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic
- Experience in coordinating and optimizing PPC campaigns to achieve business goals
- Solid understanding of lead nurturing and management techniques
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and work collaboratively as part of a team
