Job description
- Plan, manage, and execute all email, SMS, and push notification campaigns, including designing, testing, audience segmentation, and performance monitoring.
- Leverage social media platforms for the distribution and promotion of email marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance and metrics to identify trends and opportunities, optimize spend and performance based on the insights, and prepare detailed campaign analysis reports.
- Harness the power of AI to drive the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives, keeping our company at the cutting edge of marketing technology.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, digital marketing trends, apply new technologies to the company’s benefit.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign alignment with the overall marketing and company strategy.
- Manage the digital marketing budget, measuring ROI and KPIs, and recommending actions based on campaign effectiveness.
- Ensure all marketing initiatives align with company brand guidelines and digital best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree or certifications in Digital Marketing or AI will be a plus.
- Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role.
- Comprehensive understanding and expertise in email marketing, SMS, and push notification campaign management.
- Demonstrable experience with AI in the context of digital marketing.
- Proficiency in AI tools such as Google Cloud AI, IBM Watson, Albert AI, Phrasee, Pega, Salesforce Einstein, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of modern digital marketing techniques, SEO/SEM, marketing databases, social media, etc.
- Experience with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) for the promotion and distribution of marketing campaigns.
- Proficient in using various software for creating and analyzing email, SMS, and push notifications campaigns.
- Excellent analytical skills and experience with metrics-driven decision making.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
