Graduate Marketing Executive
High growth, Devon based fashion brand.
Salary: £24,000 - £27,000 depending on experience PLUS £1,000 performance based bonus.
Location: 4 days p/w in our Exeter office and 1 day p/w at home
About The Role:
This is a very exciting opportunity for a ambitious graduate to join our small, fast-paced team, with the potential to grow with the brand.
You’ll be very creative, eager to learn, and have lots of fresh and exciting ideas to contribute to our continued growth and positioning us as the go-to brand for timeless British, coast & countryside inspired style.
What You'll Be Doing:
We’re a small team and so at times everyone has to be prepared to get stuck into a bit of everything, but your core areas of this job will include graphic design, video creation, organic social media, email marketing, brand partnerships, influencer marketing, photoshoots and some events:
Content Creation – Utilise your natural flair for design to produce eye-catching, creative graphics and video for social media, email and landing pages.
Copywriting - Produce engaging social media captions and interesting, on-brand product descriptions.
Organic Social Media – Identify areas of success and improvement across our channels. You’ll help to manage and deliver our organic social media content plan with the core focus of driving engagement and reach. You'll have your finger on the pulse of all things new in social media, and be quick to trial new and emerging channels, platform functions and trends that will work well for our brand. You’ll also film content for TikTok and Instagram.
Brand Partnerships and Influencer Collaborations – Maintain existing relationships with brands and content creators and find new well-fitting collaboration opportunities.
Email Marketing – You’ll help plan and create beautiful and engaging emails, testing new designs and flows to optimise conversion.
Photoshoots – Brainstorm fresh ideas and creative concepts for our 4-5 shoots per year. You will help source props, organise locations, models and all other logistics.
Community - Manage and respond to all customer emails, social media messages and Trustpilot reviews.
Events– Attend and support key brand events throughout the year.
Reporting – Report on the channels you help manage and deliver weekly and monthly updates.
Required skills & experience (if you don’t meet all the below criteria, but still think you have most of what we’re looking for, we’d still love to hear from you):
- Creative – have a natural flair for design and creating aesthetic and engaging content.
- Can easily and confidently create beautiful graphics using either Adobe Photoshop or InDesign and can show us a portfolio of previous work examples.
- Can easily and confidently create engaging videos using either Premier Pro or Premier Rush and can again show portfolio examples of this.
- A creative and confident copywriter
- Experience using and creating engaging content for TikTok and Instagram.
- Clear understanding of current social media trends.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Experience creating engaging marketing emails, segmenting data and creating flows. This is not essential, however would be a benefit.
- Valid UK driving licence - access to a car is beneficial.

Hours
Full time (37.5 hours a week). Monday – Friday.
Occasional weekend working during events. Time in lieu will be given for any weekend working.
