About the Role:
The purpose of the Email Marketing Executive is to deliver all of Arco’s customer facing e-mails and manage the supporting operational data processes related to Arco eMail Marketing
Key responsibilities include:
Setting up and configuring e-mail templates and content containers within Arco’s chosen eMail service provider/technology.
Manage and execute the scheduling and phasing of e-mail sends in conjunction with campaign owners and the broader marcomms plan.
Consulting with marketing campaign owners on best practise email marketing techniques
Reporting on e-mail performance KPI’s and feed those into central reporting and directly to campaign owners
Owning the day-to-day relationship with the e-mail service provider (technology vendor)
Defining e-mail audiences through querying, interrogating, and augmenting disparate data sets.
Educating and informing marketing campaign managers and other key stakeholders on the extent and limitations of our eMail marketing capability.
Maintaining and sharing data models and rulesets that are native to the eMail Service Provider/technology such that they can be understood and audited as part of Arcos broader data governance.
Supporting imports and exports of customer data in and out of the eMail marketing system in support of broader CRM activity
About you
The ideal Email Marketing Executive will be/have:
Solid understanding of CRM operations in a mid/large B2B business
Expert level operational experience in relational databases and data manipulation (Alteryx or similar and SQL databases).
Expert level operational familiarity with Enterprise eMail technologies and marketing automation technologies.
Expert and proven knowledge of the latest eMail marketing techniques and best practice.
Working understanding of data protection legislation
Day to day operational management of 3 rd party technology vendors.
Working knowledge of end-to-end Marketing Operations in mid/large B2B businesses.
