Job Summary
Responsible to the Head of Sales, the Marketing Executive is responsible for generating new and existing accounts. The role involves driving profit and promoting services and products through coordinated marketing campaigns. Primary duties include conducting product research, establishing brand awareness, and improving customer relations. Manage and evaluate the company's digital marketing.
Key Accountabilities

4 Drafting marketing materials such as flyers, newsletters and posters
5 Monitoring competitor activity and creating warm leads for the company
6 Liasing with Printers and Designers
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our products/services, both online and offline, in alignment with company goals.
- Plan and manage marketing activations across various digital platforms, including social media, email marketing, paid advertising, and content creation.
- Oversee the production and distribution of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and other print collateral.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and engaging marketing assets.
- Monitor and analyse marketing campaign performance, using data-driven insights to optimize future initiatives.
- Manage the company's website, ensuring that content is up-to-date, accurate, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Regularly update and maintain website functionality, including managing CMS, troubleshooting technical issues, and implementing necessary improvements.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility and search engine rankings.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, identifying opportunities to enhance marketing efforts and explore new channels.
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors, such as printers or digital advertising platforms, to execute marketing campaigns effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and product development, to ensure marketing activities align with overall business objectives.

Skills and Requirements
· Proven experience in executing marketing campaigns across digital and print platforms.
· Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and tools, including social media management, email marketing, and paid advertising.
· Proficient in content management systems (CMS) and website maintenance.
· Basic knowledge of SEO best practices and keyword research.
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail.
· Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
· Strong analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
· Familiarity with industry trends and best practices in marketing.
· Knowledge of the Welsh market and local consumer preferences is a plus.
Preferred
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field
· Detailed manufacturing industry knowledge.
Marketing Executive
Salary ranging from £26,000 to £32,000 depending on experience
Working Hours:
- Monday to Thursday – 8am to 5pm
- Friday – 8am to 2:30pm

Salary: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
