REKOM have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Marketing Associate to join the business at REKOM.
REKOM operate a number of exciting and entertaining venues where people can meet, eat, drink and dance. We have the largest square footage of nightclub capacity in the country and create memorable experiences that our customers love to return to, over and over again. Our vision is to be seen as experts within the late-night entertainment and bar sector, acting as the anchor for the night-time economy in each town, delivering the highest levels of entertainment, standards and facilities.
The right candidate will be self-motivated, a good communicator, well presented, professional, with excellent attention to detail, and should lead by example.
What can you do for us?
To assist and support requirements from marketing in developing digital strategy and actions.
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Manage a range of paid media campaigns;
- Understand and action data pulling requests and segmentation;Support national and local digital campaign launches through outbound comms and paid media;
- Provide insight into paid media strategy and results; andManage necessary reporting and analytical platforms for social media platforms and web-based traffic.
What is expected of you:
- Highly proficient in written communications;
- A keen creative eye for guest facing content;
- Previous experience in deploying paid media / ad campaigns;
- Background in Social Media management;
- Good knowledge of reporting and analytical platforms for advertising and social platforms;
- Proficient use in meta business manager;
- Good knowledge of segmentation of data;
- Understanding of GDPR for compliance;
- Understanding of digital guest flows and funnels;
- Adaptable to new software, programmes and required digital skills; and
- Able to manage time effectively and work to deadlines.

- an annual salary of between £22K to £24K per annum, depending on experience;
- you will join the largest late-night operator in Denmark, Norway, Finland and the UK;
