We are looking for an outstanding Digital Marketing Associate to come in and take forward our work across organic social media, content strategy and email marketing.

Job Description


We are looking for a passionate and ambitious person who is a true T-shaped marketer, as comfortable running our organic social channels as devising email flow strategies and commissioning visual content. You will lead on our tone of voice, engagement and community building with our rapidly growing cohort of over 160,000 customers.

This role is built around developing clear and compelling content and communications across our core social and email channels.

Our vision is to build Europe’s leading sustainable consumer goods business, backed by a highly engaged community of passionate consumers who fully buy into our mission to eliminate plastic waste from their homes and the planet.

The Role

  • Lead on all our content and written communications across

    • Onsite
    • Blogs
    • Email
    • Organic social
  • Lead on our organic social strategy across Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, planning and producing content, working with our visual content and agency partners to deliver community growth and high levels of engagement
  • Work with our SEO agency partner to ensure that our onsite content is fully optimised for conversion
  • Lead on our email marketing strategy, working with our growth team and external partners to define email flows, campaigns and content calendars throughout the year

  • Support the Growth Marketing Lead with other marketing activations and campaigns, i.e. Direct Mail and performance marketing campaigns

  • Work directly with the founders on content and brand initiatives such as brand activation / awareness campaigns, surprise and delight campaigns for high value customers and inbox marketing collateral

Qualifications


We are looking for someone who ideally comes from a consumer-focused digital marketing background. You know how to deliver world class content and drive community engagement across multiple channels. You will have a broad base of marketing skills, be organised, fully customer-focused and passionate about our mission to eliminate plastic waste!

  • Proven experience across social media content management and email marketing is essential (ideally within the Klaviyo platform)

  • Direct experience of digital marketing for a high growth D2C business is highly desirable, not essential

  • Familiarity with online editorial management of eCommerce platforms is desirable, not essential (i.e. Shopify, Recharge)

  • We recognise that you will have more of some of the listed skills than the others - a rounded multidisciplinary skillset is what we are looking for - combined with a keenness to learn and grow with the business

  • Crucially, you are passionate about sustainability and leaving a positive impact in the world.
