Job description
Young & Digital Ltd is a digital marketing agency (currently 5 staff) specialising on Google Ads for Ecommerce businesses.
We are looking for someone who has a passion for anything digital marketing and who can support the core team on PPC-related tasks.
Ideally, you will have a background in PPC marketing already, but we are open to take on any individual who can show a passion for the industry and who can demonstrate an understanding of Ecommerce, core marketing principles, and wants to continue to learn and grow themselves.
The ideal candidate will be well organised, happy to work independently, have great communication skills, and take a keen interest in PPC/Ecommerce.

We do what we do because we love the job, and we just like to get the job done, and generate revenue for our clients!
The must haves:
- a background in digital marketing or a keen interest in Ecommerce/PPC - in essence, you must be a keen learner;
- a confident communicator, both verbal and written, and client-facing if necessary. This includes excellent grammar & spelling;
- a high level of self-organising and an ability to work independently when left alone;
- passion for a career in digital marketing/Ecommerce;
- a great eye for numbers, and an analytical approach;
- flexibility;
- competent user of Office programs;
Bonus criteria are:
- multilingual in any European languages;
- existing background in PPC/Google Ads or any other digital marketing channels;
- an understanding of Tag Manager, Google Ads, Shopify;
- experience writing content/copy;
