Responsibilities:

The role

We are looking for a talented, self-motivated Digital Marketing Assistant with a good knowledge of digital marketing processes and channels. You’ll join a team with a digital first approach to Marketing and Communications and be helping to implement this across the business.


It’s an exciting opportunity to work across multiple channels and projects to demonstrate your skills and learn new ones! The role provides a great opportunity for the right candidate to learn and development their career within NHBC.


What you’ll be doing

In the role you will support the update of the website, digital marketing campaigns, reporting and analytics, social media, email marketing activities and the company intranet.

  • Support the implementation of digital campaigns, including campaign web pages, emails and social media
  • Uploading, updating and managing the day-to-day content for the external and internal websites
  • Supporting digital projects and helping to improve channel performance
  • Creating and scheduling social media posts across NHBC social channels
  • Liaising with the digital team and the wider M&C team on campaign assets, content and reporting
  • Collating metrics and assisting with data analysis
  • Support in the tracking of the digital marketing budget, forecasts and monthly reporting
Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have

  • Hands on experience with website content management & social media management
  • Has worked across a range of digital channels in previous roles
  • Managed and scheduled the social media calendar
  • Awareness of web design and development principles
  • Exposure to common digital marketing tools and practices
  • A positive approach, great communication skills and a flexible attitude
  • Pride in your work, striving to exceed expectations, with good attention to detail
  • Eagerness to learn new skills, keep up to date with industry trends and share knowledge
