WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Sitting within the Media and Communications team, this role will work across all aspects of digital marketing. The scope of the role will include day-to-day support and admin as well as the opportunity to be involved in campaigns and launches for both luxury and consumer beauty brands such as Rimmel, Hugo Boss and Gucci.
Support the digital team across paid digital media campaigns such as performance media (search and social) with campaign set up, creative production, monitoring and reporting.
Work with our third-party partner Constant on the creation of brand campaign retailer landing pages, set up unique links for each digital channel and report back to brand marketing on the performance of these pages.
Maintain brand Feeds within the Coty Google Manufacturer Centre and create search insight reports when relevant.
Work alongside Influencer Marketing interns and team to look for and hero earned coverage for reposting in social or use in paid media
At times support our Community Manager to plan and product content for Rimmel, Max Factor and Sally Hansen social channels.
Monitor and work with external agencies to track competitor digital activity, identify considerations for Coty brands and share with the wider Coty marketing team.
Maintain digital activity dashboard and trackers
Create monthly newsletter for our field-based make-up artists of digital content and best practice channel tips
Where applicable identify and develop digital innovation and strategy for Coty brands
Other weekly / day to day support such as update the team activity calendar and provide updates where needed at the weekly leadership meetings as well as supporting Influencer Marketing and Marketing team on external events, be “an extra pair of hands” for any brand virtual or physical event.
