Job description

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Apprentice to join our Wealth Management Firm. As a Digital Marketing Apprentice, you will play a crucial role in handling various elements of our online marketing, social media, and administrative tasks. You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the digital marketing industry and gain essential experience.

Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing:

  • Create digital marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and attract potential clients.
  • Develop engaging content for website, social media channels, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyse the performance of digital marketing campaigns using analytical tools such as Google Analytics and provide insights for improvements.
  • Improve ranking on Google, Bing and other search engines by monitoring SEO.
  • Keep up to date with marketing trends.

Social Media Management:

  • Manage and update our social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
  • Create content for social media posts to engage our target audience.
  • Monitor social media channels for brand mentions and respond to customer enquiries and comments
  • Track and report on social media performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.

Administrative Support:

  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as handling client emails and calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining client databases.
  • Provide personal assistant support to management, including managing calendars, organsing meetings, and preparing documents.
  • Co-ordinate various departments to ensure efficient communication and workflow within the company.

Requirements:

  • GCSE’s in maths and English at C grade (or equivalent) or higher.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and social media platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with marketing tools and software is desirable (e.g., Hootsuite, Canva).
  • Attention to detail and a creative mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Prior experience in marketing, social media management, or administrative support is a plus, but not essential.
