Location: Sheffield, UK (remote to start with)
Job Type: Part-Time (20 hours per week)
We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketer to join our team in Sheffield.
The Sheffield Marketing Co is a new agency in Sheffield, committed to delivering excellent and accessible marketing to small businesses and start-ups.
As a Digital Marketer, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement and lead generation.
You will work with a variety of channels including email marketing, social media, search engine optimisation, paid advertising and content marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across a variety of channels to drive customer engagement and lead generation
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, A/B testing and automation
- Develop and manage social media campaigns across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
- Implement and manage search engine optimisation (SEO) strategies to increase website traffic and improve organic search rankings
- Manage paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads and Facebook Ads
- Develop and implement content marketing strategies to drive engagement and lead generation
- Analyse and report on campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and social media analytics
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations to improve our digital marketing efforts
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an all-round Digital Marketer, with a strong track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling copy and content for various channels and audiences
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyse and report on campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and social media analytics
- Experience with email marketing tools such as Mailchimp or Hubspot
- Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush or Moz
- Experience with paid advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- A degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is desirable but not essential
