This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly expanding business. Teylu and Partners is a marketing agency needing an experienced digital marketer to join and immediately drive the delivery of digital marketing for clients as it carries out an expansion plan through to 2024. This is a hands on role in the first 6-9-months, with opportunities to progress into a more strategic and management role within the next 24-months.
You will be a confident and experienced marketer used to working in an agency environment for multiple brands, or used to managing multiple projects at the same time. You will thrive on building relationships with your clients invested in genuinely providing a great service. This role is right for you if you have direct experience with planning, preparing and delivering digital marketing campaigns through the likes of Google AdWords, the Meta Ads Suite and marketing automation platforms.

This is not a role for someone that needs guidance or is unsure of their ability to provide strong results across digital marketing platforms. We need someone to hit the ground running.
We’re offering a reasonably standard salary for the South West, but we make up for that by providing a 4-day work week, a health and wellness-orientated office and benefits package, remote working and a host more world-beating benefits. This role is primarily remote, perfect for anyone balancing personal and work lives. When you are in the office, you’ll be 10 minutes from the bright blue sea and sandy beaches ‘Falifornia’ (Falmouth) has to offer.
This role is for someone confident in working with clients that are senior decision-makers. You’ll be happy to lead strategy and be a self-starter.

Teylu and Partners is a marketing agency business. We sell high-quality marketing and business development services to SMEs looking to scale - we love helping clients achieve their goals. We’ve worked with national and international brands, and our clients are E-commerce D2C, B2B lead generation and FMCG businesses. Our team is currently made up of full and part-time individuals largely working remotely, as well as a few freelancers. You will largely be working remotely, with some time in the office required.

We are based at the Tremough Innovation Centre in Penryn, Falmouth. Our sustainable building has sun terraces, a wonderful cafe and on-site charging for electric vehicles. This role will be remote working primarily, with desk space for use in our reasonably small office at this location where you can work with our founder. We provide you with a sit-stand desk and support you in developing your skill set as an individual.
We operate a 4-day work week because it provides a better work-life balance. Our staff get 157 days off per year (including weekends), compared to conventional 5-day-a-week roles getting 120 days off a year.. With that additional 31 days, our team invest time in hobbies, side-projects or co-parenting. We’re proud to offer this structure and support our team to achieve personal goals outside of their work at Teylu.
About the role:
This is a fresh opportunity for a digital marketing professional. You will be in charge of delivering the majority of our digital marketing services across Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO, Email and wider marketing services associated with digital marketing like social media content calendars and lead funnel creation.
You will have experience working in an agency or working with an agency. The crucial thing to us is that you are experienced in building and managing digital marketing strategies and campaigns for clients that sell B2B, online to consumers and in person.
You’ll work closely with the founder to deliver client services as we don’t have a middle-management layer. Our founder is the project lead on every campaign, with specialists directly feeding into clients underneath his strategic guidance. This means we are agile and flexible for our clients.
Upon joining the business, you will be onboarded and quickly responsible for client liaison on digital marketing, delivering digital marketing campaigns and reporting on those campaigns. Your total remit upon joining the business will be managing digital marketing across a portfolio of nine clients.
We’re keen to reward performance. As such, a highly rewarding and transparent bonus structure incentivises the role. We can go into detail during the interview, but in short, the bonus structure is unlimited and incentivises building security in the business for the team.
What you’ll be doing:
Role Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing automation, organic social media, paid search, paid social, email marketing, lead funnels and display advertising
- Design, build and maintain campaigns/strategies for clients
- Manage client relationships around digital marketing
- Assist in the delivery, management and review of social media and content creation by other team members
- Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns against goals (ROI and KPIs) for clients and be confident in presenting reporting and providing solutions to improve
- Identify trends and insights and optimise spend and performance based on the insights
- Collaborate with internal and client teams to create landing pages and optimise websites and user experiences
- Take part in pitching for business and assisting in the creation of proposals
- Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experiences across multiple channels and customer touch points for clients
- Instrument conversion points and optimise user funnels
- Collaborate with partner agencies, freelancers and technical partners to deliver services
- Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
What we are looking for:
Preferred skills and qualifications:
Essential:
- Education/training in marketing or a related field
- Proven working experience in digital marketing in E-commerce and B2B lead generation - 3-years minimum
- Strong track record of positive results and successful digital marketing campaigns
- Experience using content management systems
- Experience or an interest in AI software and technology
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing automation, organic social media, paid search, paid social, email marketing, lead funnels and display advertising
- Direct experience with Meta Suite advertising and Google Advertising with additional experience with LinkedIn, Pinterest, Tik Tok and Bing preferable.
- Creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Experience in optimising landing pages and user funnels
- Working knowledge of ad-serving tools and platforms
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
- Experience in building reporting dashboards (e.g. in Agency Analytics of Data Studio)
- Strong analytical skills and proven data-driven thinking
Desirable:
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript development and constraints to work alongside our integration and tech teams
- Experience working with Adobe Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, InDesign)

Job type:
- Permanent (Full or Part-time)
- Up to 36 hrs per week
- Flexible working hours between Mon-Fri - 4hrs minimum between 9 am - 5 pm
- 4-day work week, remote working, requiring 2-days per month in the office (negotiable for the right candidate)
