Due to our continued growth, we are recruiting a new role within the company, a Digital Marketer to; run paid ads, manage content, and plan SEO in order to drive site usage and ROI.

What you'll do

  • Carry out regular website audits and highlight any optimisation recommendations including content and advertising opportunities
  • Monitor and analyse website and campaign performance using data to inform and improve strategies
  • Execute key SEO recommendations
  • Manage pay-per-click advertising partners
  • Maintain email database to drive online sales
  • Develop and deliver email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and conversion
  • Work collaboratively within the Creative Team to ensure that campaigns are executed effectively across all digital channels including; website, email and online advertising
  • Report on all activities related to e-commerce and drive sales through this channel
  • Conduct ad-hoc competitor analysis on the current market and report back on key activity, product info, website services and digital offerings and feed back to the wider team
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and techniques

  • You have a minimum of 2 years experience in digital marketing with a focus on email marketing, SEO, PPC advertising and website optimisation
  • You have a strong knowledge of email marketing platforms and best practices
  • You have experience with Google Analytics
  • You are proficient in learning new technology quickly
  • You have familiarity with PPC advertising including Google ad words and Meta Business advertising
  • You understand key metrics and how to measure
  • You have strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • You are able to work independently and as part of a team
  • You thrive in a busy, multi-task environment working at a fast pace
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and an ability to problem solve, with a capacity to think outside the box to find solutions
