Digital Experience Specialist (Maternity Cover)
Salary: £25,000-£34,000 per annum (DoE)
Hours: Full time - 35 hours
Contract: Secondment - (12 to 15 Months)
Location: Hybrid Working (Head Office, West Bromwich)
The West Brom are looking to recruit a Digital Experience Specialist on a 12-15 month Maternity Cover. You will support the development of the Society's digital offering in order to meet our customer proposition. The role holder will analyse customer journeys to suggest and implement improvements via digital technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop the Society’s websites using customer research, competitor analysis and strategic plans in order to meet the Society’s customer proposition.
Analyse customer journeys to highlight “pain” points, providing options to improve journeys via the digital tools available.
Manage the delivery and governance of the Society’s website development, keeping control of timelines, budgets, reporting and risks.
Manage the delivery of customer journey improvements, engaging with key business stakeholders to drive forward journey improvements.
Manage the relationship of the Society’s third party website development agency.
Skills and Experience Required:
Advanced use of Excel, Google Analytics and other analytics tools.
Content management system experience (Sitecore desirable)
Ability to work comfortably with large volumes of data.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Demonstrate good project management skills and goal orientation
Previous internal and external stakeholder management experience
