The role

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic individual to join the Engineering Faculty Education Team to support student and staff in using technology to enhance learning, teaching and assessment to improve student experience. You will lead projects relate to the growth of digital education provision and encouraging knowledge share of good practice and new ideas.


What will you be doing?

You will be working under the direction of the Online Programmes Manager, Faculty Head of Student Administration and alongside the Faculty Education Team.

The role holder will provide lead, support projects, expert guidance and training. Furthermore, you will investigate, promote and disseminate effective digital education approaches and help to inspire and foster innovation across the faculty.

    You have experience of using and supporting technology in an educational setting and knowledge of pedagogy including online and blended learning

    • You can work in a busy and demanding environment, under pressure at times; to produce accurate work to deadlines with attention to detail
    • You can help design and deliver work processes base on own experience and knowledge with sound negotiation and influencing skills, also with experience of designing and delivering staff development with outstanding presentation skills
