The role

Bristol Veterinary School has a strong commitment to innovation and curriculum development, with extensive use of case-based learning and flipped classroom approaches. This role will be embedded in the established Faculty Technology Enhanced Learning team with a focus on supporting teaching and assessment within Bristol Veterinary School, working with academic staff and students to keep Bristol at the forefront of veterinary education.

What will you be doing?

You will work closely with the School and Faculty Technology Enhanced Learning teams to provide specialist support to academic and professional services colleagues, with a focus on improving student and staff experiences with digital platforms and processes, including both existing tools and innovative new solutions. You will contribute to a wide range of projects and provide expert guidance and training for a range of tools, pedagogic practices and digital capabilities.

You should apply if

You have extensive experience of, and enthusiasm for, the use and support of technology in higher educational settings, ideally within a healthcare training environment. Experience of healthcare workplace-based assessment software is an advantage. You are an excellent communicator, with the ability to train and support colleagues using a wide range of platforms and processes. You provide expert guidance to inform procurement decisions and problem-solve for both immediate and longer-term challenges.
