Position: Digital Customer Services Assistant
Location: North West London, NW2 7HF (two days remote)

Customer Services Assistant
You are a highly-effective Customer Services Assistant with experience in providing outstanding customer service support. We are focused on growing our direct to consumer e-commerce channel, vitabiotics.com, and are looking for someone to join our digital customer service team. You will help to support our growing customer base, efficiently and effectively resolving any customer issues.

We are in a period of rapid growth and are looking for a highly-organised Customer Services Assistant to provide support to our customers.
Key Tasks
· Provide outstanding customer service support for inbound enquiries via email and phone
· Manage and resolve a range of online customer issues - from processing returns and refunds to responding to general customer enquiries
· Reply to customer reviews on Trustpilot and questions on Amazon
· Build strong working relationships with key teams: Product Care, Warehouse and Loyalty
Essential
· 1+ years’ experience in a customer service role, ideally working for an ecommerce business
· Customer-oriented mindset - always looking to deliver the best experience for our customers
· Excellent written and verbal English
· Calm and level-headed, even when having challenging conversations with customers
· Solution-focused - takes ownership of issues and sees them through to resolution
· A self-starter - proactive, well-organised and able to manage your own workload
· Enjoys working in a fast-paced & growing environment
· Highly-organised with a strong attention to detail
· Strong work ethic, personal accountability, and ownership
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
