Digital Content Creator - Candle Maker/Events Styling
Little Karma Co. is a candle maker and event stylist based in Long Crendon, Buckinghamshire. Our mission is to offer our worldwide customers refillable, clean burning candles with limitless personalisation options to cover all their gifting needs. We also have an event styling division delivering beautifully curated events to our luxury corporate and wedding clients.
We are looking for a highly motivated Digital Content Creator to join our growing team, mostly working remotely unless required for content creation at our studio, or on site for an event. We are a small team therefore the successful candidate will play an important part in the business; with the opportunity to learn other aspects of the business and gain valuable experience in how fast growing small businesses run. The successful candidate will be highly creative, resourceful, independent, and have a positive attitude. They must have an active presence across all social media channels, be confident in front of the camera and have a keen interest in finding the latest trending content to apply to our business.
What you’ll be doing
- Create captivating content for organic social posts, emails, PPC and new product launches
- Attend event installations and trade shows to create content
- Enhance our online presence across social platforms through consistent posts and engagement - Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and Youtube
- Deploy and monitor paid social ad campaigns
- Improve SEO on our website and online marketplaces through effective copywriting
- Evaluate existing email flows and optimise for improved customer acquisition and retention
- Plan and create regular newsletters to our email lists promoting new product launches, sales and seasonal products
- Utilise Google Analytics, Adwords, Search Console and Merchant Centre to assess performance of digital marketing and campaign activity
- Identify and research ideas for key content pieces
- Ensure external communications are consistent and brand compliant
Skills/Experience
- At least 1 year of relevant experience is essential
- Creative thinker with fresh ideas to promote our brand
- Confidence on and off camera to ensure to ensure the right content is delivered to our audiences
- Proven ability to create engaging digital content to grow our audiences
- Experience in PPC campaign creation and evaluating ROI using Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager
- Very resourceful, with the ability to work independently until task completion
- Qualification in Communications or Marketing (preferred)
- Use of car essential due to location of office

Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary: £9.00-£14.00 per hour
