As we grow and gain traction with larger brands, we have no choice but to be the best with our tools on web and social media. We’re looking for a natural, creative-thinking and innovative individual who brings their own ideas to the table, and can make static and motion pictures look extra good. The digital content producer will join our ever growing team of marketing enthusiasts, UI/UX experts, graphic designers and brand strategists that are based out of our studio in Hackney Wick.
We seek applicants that are proficient in not only pre and post production, but also have an avid interest in social media. Being the force behind, giving us more exposure and engagement through intuitive ideas, studying social trends, applying an overarching lens on both our internal and external social strategies and managing our omni-channel approach across Instagram, Tik Tok, Youtube and upcoming platforms.
A typical day of our digital content producer involves an array of skills - we expect impeccable communication with the team and all of our clients and creating assets to suit all brand identities involved. Someone who fits our brand ethos - and creates content that inspires, excels and educates. Time-keeping, equipment and schedule management are important factors as the role consists of in-house content creation as well as being out of the office on shoots for the brands that we work with. Social media asset creation and management across a number of platforms - maximizing on photo and video will also be core to the role.
Key Competencies
Capture & Edit
- Proficient in post-production - utilizing Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Basic understanding and application of post-edit software - namely Adobe Creative Suite
- Key capability in sound design and audio production - to go hand in hand with visuals
- Core competency in photography, lighting, setting up and handling visual equipment
- Knowledge of live streaming, live sound, camera handling and maintenance
- Profound industry knowledge - licensing, ethical standards, regulations around film
Social Media
- Deep and demonstrated knowledge of current social media trends and how to optimize content to increase awareness and engagement
- Basic understanding of social media algorithms, scheduling posts via tools such as Buffer and keeping up to date with online trends
- Willingness to input towards our broadcasting and being involved in exciting initiatives such as podcasting and talks
- Point-and-shoot mindset - capturing and posting content as and when it occurs!
