As a Barclays Digital Channels Processor, you will be providing first-class service and data entry to our corporate clients on simple and complex products and channels. Get this exciting opportunity to be joining our team to provide assistance to clients in the UK and around the world. In this role, you will also action requests for new channel applications, such as FileGateway, Cash & Cheque, BACS, Direct Debits, SWIFT, and more.

What will you be doing?
• Taking care of data entry of new product sign ups and amendments for clients
- Providing expert knowledge of systems and processes
- Working closely with Client Service teams
- Seeking client feedback and resolve complaints
- Finding ways to improve how clients or Barclays operate
- Supporting testing of new or updated product
