- Work closely with the creative and marketing departments to deliver a coherent aesthetic for artist campaigns and implement across all artist touch points, notably within the dance roster
- Work closely with the dance marketing and core sales departments to deliver assets that exploit commercial or promotional opportunities e.g. Spotify advertising packs/pages
- Develop new and innovative ways of ensuring engagement - tools, apps, platforms, partnerships, licensing, and games.
- Deliver scalable, white label tools that can be implemented across multiple campaigns
- Work closely with the creative and marketing departments to deliver a coherent aesthetic for artist campaigns and implement across all artist touch points
- Traffic management and task prioritisation of all digital production for the label
- Strive to add value to all digital marketing campaigns through innovation and best practice compliance
- Keep abreast of industry trends and communicate opportunities and best applications to the digital team
- Manage and maintain relationships with 3rd party agencies/freelancers and oversee external production
- Oversee the launch of new sites and tools and manage the relationship with UMG central hosting team
- Be the expert and ‘go to’ person within the label for all digital production, technical and development enquiries
- Design and development of high calibre digital marketing tools to support frontline artist campaigns including artist websites, campaign sites, tools, assets, social media widgets and applications, email marketing templates, animated GIFs, landing pages, data capture forms, social media skins and more
- Design and create audio visual assets for artist campaigns e.g. video statics
- Assist Head of Digital implement digital strategy and best practise for the label, having a central focus on the electronic artists on the roster
- Deliver assets and tools for Digital Advertising campaigns with a focus on innovation
- Must have a thorough understanding of the dance/electronic world, and the sub genres/communities that live within it
- Solid previous experience in digital production.
- Experience in responsive cross-browser and device web design
- Advanced in graphics software (e.g. InDesign, PhotoShop, AfterEffects, Flash).
- Thorough knowledge and experience of website and asset hosting
- Knowledge of Windows and Mac OS
- Interest in the very latest trends and how to implement them
- Bright self-starter with team spirit; self-motivated, hard-working and enthusiastic
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organised with the ability to keep calm under pressure
- Hardworking attitude and approach
- Flexible and able to prioritise own workload and others
- Experience of working in an office environment
- A desire to develop career in digital
- Passionate about music with a desire to progress in the industry
- Experience working in music (personal or professional).
- Experience in delivering high calibre tools and assets for artist campaigns.
- Good video editing knowledge e.g., Final Cut, Adobe Premiere.
