Temporary Contract until March 2025 | 37 hours per week | £21,575 to £21,968 per annum (Grade D) | Norwich

Are you interested in helping to create well-structured and easy to use content for websites? Do you enjoy breaking down complex prose into simple instructions and messages? Are you organised and methodical?

We are looking for 2 Digital Assistants to work in our Digital Customer Experience Team. You’ll work with services across Norfolk County Council to maintain our websites so they meet customer needs and are simple and intuitive to navigate

These are full-time, fixed-term 2-year positions. You’ll need to have effective written communication skills and be able to present information clearly to ensure our digital content follows best practice.

We'll support you in developing your skills while working alongside more experienced members of the team. There are also training and development opportunities both in house and in the wider digital government community.

You'll also have access to our modern open-plan offices within walking distance of Norwich city centre.

Interviews will use video technology, and you will have the opportunity to discuss these working arrangements.
