Digital Analyst (18m FTC)
Every childhood is worth fighting for. This is our belief. It drives us. And it's why we never stop striving to make our Products and services the best they can be. Join us as a Digital Analyst and help us achieve our goals.
As part of the growing Technology and Data Directorate, we are developing a new ambitious data and analytics strategy to transform the NSPCC into a leading data-driven organisation at the forefront of preventing child abuse and neglect through the collective insights of our data. The Digital Analytics team deliver actionable insights and reporting that measure the performance of our marketing activities and help to optimise our products and services. This includes the performance of our Digital Products and the responsibility for the timely tracking and accurate reporting of our marketing campaigns to drive performance and meet campaign objectives.
The key responsibilities of this role are to:
- work with stakeholders to understand their priorities and business needs and provide insightful analytics to help guide our digital marketing activity and improve the performance of our products.
- work across our suite of analytics tools, set up and manage tracking, manage data, and manage reporting
We'd like you to have experience of working in a similar role, be an excellent communicator and a natural collaborator with a talent for transforming data into insights. You should have experience of using web analytics tools (we use the Google suite) to set up tracking, collate and visualise data. We are looking for a self-starter, someone who enjoys problem solving and ultimately has an infectious passion for making a difference.
Join us and you'll become part of a team that cares about the work they do and the people they work with. You'll discover opportunities to grow, along with challenges and a shared purpose that'll bring the best out in you. And you'll get to find your own way to make a difference that means more, and that impacts millions of young lives.
