DIGITAL ANALYST

ROLE SUMMARY
LuxDeco is looking for an entrepreneurial Data Analyst to join our growing Digital and Marketing function. Embedded in the function you will play a key role in the development of our Digital analytics best practice, equipping stakeholders from across the business with the information they need to make better operational and strategic decisions. Through analysis and insight, you will be supporting stakeholders to identify the underlying drivers of business performance and in turn, drive business growth. This role will sit within the Digital and Marketing team as the solo function analyst, but partner with a central BI Analyst. You will need a high degree of autonomy, and flexibility in your communication approach, and be proactive in surfacing business insights and ways of working.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Extract, analyse and provide insights from a number of structured and unstructured data sources to provide informed recommendations for improvements across defined metricsTranslate complex data into digestible, presentable content to help stakeholders understand the underlying drivers of performance
Create, maintain and iterate data visualisations, automated performance reports, dashboards etc. for internal stakeholders to support them in making better decisions, faster.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop appropriate reports for Investors
Communicate complex analysis and insights to stakeholders and business leaders, both verbally and in writing/presentations
Monitor data integrity across data channels.
Educate and champion self-service technology, empowering business users via tools like such as Looker, Snowplow and GA4
Set up ways of working and robust analytics feedback loops.
This role is cross platform so the candidate must be proficient on the following platforms; GA4, Looker, Looker Studio, Google Sheets
ABOUT YOU
Aesthete: You are proficient in creating visualisations, dashboards, reports etc. that are appealing and easily consumed/understood by the end-userCustomer-obsessed: You have experience working in a fast-paced consumer-focused environment and always ensure that the customer is at the heart of your analysis and insights
Data-driven: You have experience formulating informed hypotheses and testing these through advanced statistical analysis
Entrepreneur: You relish solving complex business problems, surfacing unseen insight, and are passionate about providing stakeholders with insight to accelerate business growth
Kind: You’re confident in challenging stakeholders at all levels using business insight in order to arrive at the best outcome for all
ESSENTIAL
Experience with Google Tag Manager, Shopify, Google Merchant Centre, GA4, Looker, Looker Studio, Snowplow, and similar platformsExperience pulling reports for e-commerce performance (Shopify, analytics, looker, studio, etc), and marketing performance (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Pinterest Ads, GA4, Display, SMS Marketing, Email Marketing, Attribution, etc.)
Highly organised with sharp attention to detail.
Commercially astute - ability to define and track the KPIs that really matter in an e-commerce & marketing environment
Strong communication skills to deliver succinct, insightful conclusions.
Team player with enthusiasm to build relationships cross-functionally.
General knowledge of the e-commerce landscape

Your location:
3 days per week from our flexible office space in London. For the remaining 2 days, you can work from a place that allows you to do your best work.
