The Role

We’re looking for an ambitious and experienced Digital Account Manager to join us on this journey, who has a real passion for client care, and digital marketing.

As an Account Manager, you’ll be responsible to proactively manage a roster of clients, ensuring their ambitions and goals from digital are achieved. You’ll work closely with our digital strategist and delivery team, bridging the gap between agency and client. To manage this effectively you’ll have a deep understanding of the marketing mix, fantastic organisational skills, and outstanding attention to detail.

The role is hybrid, with the view to coming into the Bicester office a few times a week to collaborate with the team. The role also requires visits to clients at their offices. Our core working hours are 08:30 am to 17:30 pm, Monday to Friday with one hour for lunch. There is the potential to negotiate flexible working options.

The salary for the role is £30,000- £40,000, dependant on experience.

Main Responsibilities

Client care:

  • Acting as the main point of contact for our clients, and our internal team, ensuring both parties are clear on our plan and collaborating in the most productive manner possible.
  • Leading on regular communication with our clients, from emails, to calls to meetings. Ensuring the client is up to date on key campaign developments and results, and we are in the loop of any key business developments our clients are experiencing.
  • Producing engaging, clear and concise monthly reports for our retained clients, along with one off campaign reports where necessary.

Project management:

  • Translating our strategies, created by our digital strategist into detailed tasks for our delivery team to execute.
  • Planning and managing workload of our delivery team.
  • Ensuring all work produced by our delivery team fits the brief and is to the highest of standards.
  • Responsible for ensuring all key deadlines are met by acting in a proactive manner.
  • Budget management across all campaigns, from a paid spend perspective, along with our management and project fees.
  • Developing processes for account efficiency.
  • Responsible for handling client revenue and maintaining account success.

Sales:

  • Identifying growth opportunities within the account base.
  • Involvement in proposal creation and pitching.

Training:

  • Support with training of the wider business on digital marketing.

Required

  • Agency experience, having worked on a variety of accounts.
  • Familiarity with industry tools such as ahrefs, and confidence in navigating and extracting information from key platforms such as Google Analytics and Ads.
  • Broad knowledge of all digital channels and tactics.
  • Impeccable communication, coordination, and organisational skills.
