We’re looking for a Client Success Manager with demonstrable digital marketing knowledge and eCommerce experience to join our friendly, fast-growing agency.
As a Client Success Manager, you’ll be responsible for nurturing successful long-term relationships with our eCommerce clients, delivering on their objectives, and growing the accounts. You’ll get to do all this in a relaxed, supportive environment that rewards talent and hard work.
What you’ll be doing
- Nurturing long term relationships with our clients to ensure we are delighting them
- Offering creative ideas to deliver marketing campaigns that produce great results - from paid search & email to CRO and SEO
- Managing team resources and ensuring projects are completed on time and on budget
- Identifying opportunities for upsells and account growth
- Quality control of all work submitted to clients
- Monitoring and reporting on campaign progress back to clients
- Helping to prepare pitch material to potential new clients
- Mentoring and coaching junior colleagues
- Keeping up to date with current digital trends

- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and ability to analyse data
