Our Opportunity

As Diamond Manager, you will primarily support our senior store managers and associated colleagues in the effective day to day operations of our luxury showroom and ensure a safe and welcoming environment for our wonderful customers and staff. This is a key position where you will be our acting manager in the absence of both our General and Assistant Managers.

You will motivate, guide and support members of our showroom team in achieving daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly diamond and jewellery targets. Further, you will apply your sound people management skills, imparting training and development to colleagues and assisting with our recruitment processes when required. Overseeing the management and control of our fine jewellery, you will liaise regularly with internal and external stakeholders on stock and display related matters along with strive to identify opportunities to both increase sales and improving our diamond and jewellery business.

Assisting in our Cardiff Flagship Showroom, your hours will be 38.75 hours per week, 5 days out of 7.

Main Accountabilities:

· Apply previous leadership experience and passion for teamwork, to assist our senior managers with building strong relationships and developing our colleagues.

· Motivate, coach, and develop team in store with senior managers and aim to deliver great results.

· Maintain a high standard of luxury product display for our Showroom windows.

· Collaborate with our internal departments to ensure regular stock checking and replenishment of best-selling key lines.

· Build on our sound relationships with external Brand Representatives.

· Ensure showroom and colleagues are safe and secure at all times, adhering to our business guidelines.

· Proactively undertake training and grasp opportunities for own personal growth and development.
